Important information
- Please read this note first before the installation.
- macOS: Please read this document for the detailed installation description on macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later. Especially Apple silicon-based Mac users, please read this article carefully!
- After installing the TOOLS, first update the firmware to the included version using the firmware update function on the dspMixFx UR-C (for UR22C and UR44C, downgrade to the previous version of firmware is not possible after firmware update).
- macOS: please update the Yamaha Steinberg USB Driver after the TOOLS installation.
- Please check the new supplementary manuals released on steinberg.help for details.
- macOS: further information on how to set up the audio device can be found here.
- Please note this article on audio dropouts in SuperSpeed (USB 3.1 Gen 1) mode.
